"Tyler Tachell, proprietor of 'To the T Home Inspections,' conducted an inspection on my home in the Pinehurst neighborhood of Seattle early this year and I wanted to extend my gratitude for such a thorough job. He even suggested I assist in the inspection so I could better acquaint myself with my first home. I have since closed on this property and am enjoying every minute of being a homeowner!
In less than 24 hours I was furnished with a fully detailed and illustrated inspection report from Tyler. The accessibility of the report created for a simple tool which I could easily reference online when making repair requests to the seller (in this case Fannie Mae). Both pictures and detailed descriptions of any faults/hazards in or around the property were well illustrated and documented. I definitely would not have had the degree of leverage I felt I needed to get the seller to address a few costly repairs had it not been for the quality of said inspection.
I will continue to revisit the inspection report to address minor fixes and repairs, and also know that I can call Tyler with questions regarding his notes if need be. Thank you for such an amazing job, and thank you for having me follow you into the depths of my crawlspace. I highly recommend Tyler and his services! Thanks again!"
